Our Story

Rochester Concrete and Masonry was founded in 2016 by tradespeople who grew up working with their hands in southeastern Minnesota. They had watched too many local homeowners get burned by contractors who did not understand the region - who used the wrong mortar mix, scheduled jobs at the wrong time of year, or simply did not account for what Rochester winters do to masonry over time. They decided to build something better.

Rochester is a city that takes care of its properties. From the established neighborhoods near downtown to the newer subdivisions spreading out along the city's edges, homeowners here take pride in their homes and expect contractors to do the same. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.

Since 2016, we have worked on foundations cracked by frost heave, chimneys battered by decades of freeze-thaw cycles, and driveways that finally gave out after too many Minnesota winters. We cover 16 masonry services across 12 communities in the region, and we bring the same approach to every job - honest assessment, quality materials, and work that is built to last.
